THOMAS Anne Peacefully at Holme Tower on 15th January 2016 after a short illness, Anne aged 85 years. Beloved wife of Alun, much loved Mum of Hugh and Rachel, loved Gran of Mattias, Isabella, James and Jonathan, Great Gran to Stellan. Anne will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son until the funeral service at All Saints Church Barry on Friday 29th January 2016 at 1pm followed by Committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, family flowers only donations in lieu if so desired for Marie Curie Hospice Penarth c/o the Funeral Director.
