JACQUES Philip (Phil) On 29th November, Phil suddenly passed away at Llandough Hospital after a short chronic chest infection. Phil will be remembered for his love of Snooker which he played over 70 years from the age of 14, he is Survived by his wife of 62 years, Audrey and his beloved daughter, Dawn and his respected son in law Mark, also his nieces and nephews. Phil will be resting at A G Adams & Son until the funeral service in the Chapel of Rest on Friday 11th December 2015 at 3pm followed by Committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired for The Alzheimer’s Society c/o the Funeral Director.
