DANCEY Joan Anne Peacefully on Oct 29th at Llandough Hospital, after a short illness Joan, well known for her time at John’s Hot Bread Shop, Barry and devoted wife to the late Peter. Much loved Mum of Anne, David, Elaine and Jonathan, cherished Nana to Claire, Marcus, Liam, James, Luke and Rhys, also an adored Great Nana. Respected and special Mother In Law of Liz, Ian and Andrea. Loving Sister of Betty and the late Peggy and an adored Aunty. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Joan is being cared for by Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, 181 Court Road, Barry until her service at their Windsor Road Chapel, Barry (opposite Mount Sorrel Hotel) on Thursday 12th November 2015 at 10:45am followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry Family floral tributes only. Donations if desired may be made at the service or via Joan’s online tribute page at www.valefuneralservice.co.uk to support Breast Cancer Care Cymru in memory of her.
