GUY Elizabeth Jane (Lizzy) Suddenly at home on 31st August 2015, Lizzy aged 47 years. Beloved Mum of Jade and Jackson, cherished Daughter of Christine and the late Michael, much loved Sister of Tina and brother in law Justin, also a loved Aunt of Neo, sadly missed and loved by Simon. Lizzy will be a Great loss to all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son until the funeral service in the Chapel of Rest on Friday 18th September at 11.30am followed by Committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. Flowers may be sent or donations in lieu if so desired For Mencap c/o the funeral director.
