PREECE Herbert Edward Peacefully at Llandough Hospital Penarth on February 25th in his 102nd year. Herbert (Bert) of Westward Rise Barry. (Former Chief Fire Officer of Barry and South Glamorgan). Dearly beloved husband of the late Irene, much loved dad of Alan and Graham, adored grandfather to all his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Resting at A.G. Adams & Son Tynewydd Funeral Home Gladstone Road Barry until his funeral service and committal at the Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium Barry on Wednesday March 11th at 11.00.a.m. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation.
