SMITH GEOFFREY HOWARD Peacefully at Velindre Hospital after a long illness on December 4th Geoff of Morningside Walk, Barry. Dearly beloved husband of Melba, much loved father of Julia, father in law of Peter, adored granddad of Chloe. Resting at A G Adams and Son, Tynewydd Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry, until his funeral service in the chapel on Thursday, December 12, at 2pm, followed by cremation at the Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry, at 3pm. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers to Velindre Cancer Centre Fundraising, Velindre Hospital, Whirchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2TL.
