RUSSELL WILLIAM ARTHUR (BILLY) Peacefully on 27th November at St. Davids Hospital, Cardiff surrounded by his loving family, Billy, devoted husband of the late Dot. Much loved dad of Jean and John, respected father-in-law of Paul and Wendy, a loving grampy Bill to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Billy will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends. Resting at The Vale Funeral Service, 181, Court Road, Barry until his service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry on Friday 13th December 2013 at 11.15am. Family flowers only, if desired donations can be made at the service to local charity Ty Hafan Children's Hospice in memory of Billy.
