MARTYN FREDERICK JOHN (JACK) Peacefully at Llandough Hospital, Penarth on October 24th, Frederick John (Jack), dearly loved husband of Joan, devoted father of Susan and Austin, respected father-in-law of Ian and Sue, treasured grampa and great grampa to all his grandchildren. Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son, Tynewydd Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry until his funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday November 6th at 12.30pm followed by cremation at the Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 1.30pm. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers to St Dunstan's, Blind Veterans UK, Windrush Park Road, Witney OX29 7EW
