NEWHOOK Peacefully on 10th October at UHW, Cardiff, Herbert James (Bert) aged 91 years of Butt-Lee Court, Barry. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy, a loved father of Kevin and John, and father in law of Madeline and Maureen, cherished grandfather of David, Emma, Kate, James and great grandfather of Daniel, brother of Dorothy and Leonard. Bert will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at A G Adams and Son funeral home, Gladstone Road, Barry, until the funeral service on Monday, October 21st, service and committal at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry, where family and friends please meet at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, if desired donations may be handed to the funeral director after the funeral for Merchant Navy Veterans Association.
