CHICK MERLIN JOHN Peacefully on July 21st at the University Hospital Of Wales - Merlin, well known for his time as a train driver, also for his lifelong service to his Lord as church secretary and organist at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Cadoxton. Devoted husband of June, much loved dad of Chris & Lynda. Cherished grandad of Simon, Jonathan and Jody. Loved and missed by his church family. Resting in the private chapel of The Vale Funeral Service, 181 Court Road, Barry, until a Celebration Of His Life on Tuesday, 6th August, at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Mount Pleasant, Cadoxton at 1:30pm, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium.
