HOARE ELAINE After a long fought, serious illness, Elaine passed away on Thursday 2nd May aged 45 years. Wife of Jason, mother of Casey and Jay, cherished nanny of Mia and Jack (and Jay's Baby bump, grandchild number 3) daughter of Maureen and stepdaughter to Norman, sister to Colin Senior, Dawn, Sharon and Colin Junior, daughter-in-law to Janet, Derrick, sister-in-law to Lynne, Jabba, Wayne and Helen, Aunty to Chad, Brooke, Tasha, Kane, Paige, Hooda, Amira, Omar, Shannon, Danielle, Tom, Ceri and Michael. After being diagnosed at the age of 17 with VHL, Elaine battled with the illness right up to being diagnosed with Brain Cancer in September 2012. Funeral to be held in Barry Cemetery chapel on Wednesday May 15th at 12 noon followed by interment at 12.30pm. The family would be grateful for all attending to wear an item of Pink clothing to represent the Velindre Cancer Charity Trust. Flowers are welcomed or donations to Velinder Cancer Charity Trust may be handed to the funeral director following the service.
