OWEN MANSEL Peacefully at Ty Gwyn Nursing Home, Penarth, on 25th March 2013, Mansel, loving husband of Margaret; proud father of Richard and Stephanie. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at the Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry, on Tuesday 9th April at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, will be appreciated for Ty Gwyn Nursing Home and may be sent directly to Ty Gwyn Nursing Home 21-23 Stanwell Road, Penarth, CF64 2EZ.
