PHILLIPS EDWIN My darling Ed died on St Baruc's Ward, Barry Hospital, on the 14th January. Having been ill for such a long time death for him has been a blessing. He leaves behind two wonderful children Claire and Hugh and their respective husband and wife, Adrian and Leigharne. He was gramps to his beautiful grandchildren Hannah, Emelie, Joe, Rebecca and Issac whom he loved dearly. To know Ed was to love him and he will be sadly missed by many. Claire, Hugh and I cannot express enough our gratitude towards the staff on St Baruc's Ward where he was cared for, for four and a half years. The funeral will take place on Thursday, January 24th, at 2pm at A G Adams and Son funeral home chapel, Barry, followed by cremation at the Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry, at 3pm. Family flowers only. All donations to Alzheimer's Research UK, Station Road, Great Shelford, Cambridge CE22 5LR. Ed - I will love you truly, madly, deeply and forever - Barbara.
