STOCKWELL JILLIAN Suddenly on 30th December 2012 aged 56 years. Loving wife to Robert, much loved mother to Scott, Nicola & Rhianne, mother-in-law to Carwyn & Rupert, cherished grandmother to Caitlin & Jenson, daughter to Doreen. Greatly missed by all who knew her. Resting at A G Adams & Son, Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry until the service in the chapel on Tuesday 22nd January 2013 at 11am followed by a committal service in the Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry at 12 noon. Family flowers only please, donations to either Critical Care Unit, University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff or The Scleroderma Society may be sent to the Funeral Home.
